Partners REIT is a Canadian real estate investment trust based in Barrie, Ontario. As of January, 2016, Partners REIT owns approximately 2.5 million square feet of leasable space at 36 properties in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.
Partners REIT focuses on acquiring and managing retail and mixed-use retail community and neighbourhood centres, generally in the range of $10 to $50 million,[2] from both primary and secondary markets across Canada.
