In the past year, the Titans' cross country team brought home the girls' State Championship, as well as a boys' and girls' Region Championship. This was followed by a track & field season in which many of Northview's athletes, primarily distance runners, placed in the top 10 in the state rankings. Sophomore Lindsay Billings added a State Championship title in the 3200m run to an already decorated running career that included an individual State Title and an individual Region Title for cross country, as well as many runner-up performances.[5]
