Nicolas Gillet (born 11 August 1976 in Brétigny-sur-Orge, Essonne) is a French footballer defender. In 2001 he earned a cap for France during the 2001 Confederations Cup against Australia.

Whilst at FC Nantes Gillet contributed 27 appearances as his side won 2000–01 French Division 1.[1] He also played in the victorious 1999 and 2000 Coupe de France finals.
