Nam Phrik Num (Thai: น้ำพริกหนุ่ม; pronounced [nám pʰrík nùm]) is a one kind of “Nam phrik”, It’s normally served on small saucers placed by the main dish as a condiment or dip for bland preparations, mostly dip with raw or boiled greens, sticky rice, pork snack.
