"My Savior My God" is a 2006 radio single by contemporary Christian musician, Aaron Shust, from his album, Anything Worth Saying. Although usually credited as author and composer, Shust used the verses from Dora Greenwell's 1873 poem, "I Am Not Skilled to Understand", and added a new bridge. The song became a No. 1 hit on Christian radio by April 2006, and was the most played song of the year on Christian adult contemporary radio. It received the "Song of the Year" award at the GMA Dove Awards of 2007.[1]

The song was also appears the compilation album, WOW Hits 2007.

The song was released around early 2006 and became a number 1 hit on Christian radio by April 2006.[2] It was the #1 most played song on Christian adult contemporary radio for 2006, and the second most played song on the Christian CHR format.[3]
