Mustafa Sali Karadaya (Bulgarian: Мустафа Сали Карадайъ, Turkish: Mustafa Sali Karadayı) is a Bulgarian politician from the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) and its current Chairman.

Mustafa Karadaya was born on May 8, 1970 in Borino, Smolyan district. He graduated in World Economy.

Founder of the Academic Society of DPS in Sofia and a member of the MRF from May 1991 founder of the youth organization of DPS and its chairman during the first two terms (1998-2003). From 1996 to 2002 an employee at the headquarters of DPS. From 1996 to 2001 he was professor of "Informatics" at NBU. From 2002 to 2010 was deputy executive director of the Agency for Post-Privatization Control. Since December 24, 2015 he was one of three co-chairs of the interim DPS to IX National Conference of the party after Lyutvi Mestan was expelled.

On April 24, 2016 he was elected chairman of the MRF by the IX National Conference of the party.
