Motorsport Network is an American-based multinational digital media company headquartered in Miami, Florida. Its family of digital properties includes; Motorsport.com, Motor1.com, Motorstore.com, Motorsport.tv, Motorsportstats.com, FerrariChat.com, Giorgio Piola, Amalgam Collection, RideApart.com, BoldRide.com.

History

The Motorsport Network was formed in 2015.

In May 2016, Motorsport Network acquires iconic English company Amalgam Holdings.[1] In April 2016, Motorsport Network announces appointment of Paul Preuveneers as CEO of Motorstore.com[2] and announces the launch of e-commerce platform Motorstore.com.[3]

In October 2016, Motorsport Network bought the motorsport properties of Haymarket Media Group, which includes Autosport, F1 Racing and LAT Photographic. In November 2016, the company bought Motors TV.
