Miss Texas USA 2003, was held at the Lubbock Municipal Auditorium on July 15, 2002, at the end of tonight's competition Nicole O'Brian of Bay Area who was crowned by outgoing queen Kasi Kelly.

The pageant was hosted by Dan O'Rourke along with Christine Friedel who was Miss Texas USA 1994
