Misato (美郷町 Misato-chō) is a town located in Higashiusuki District, Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan.

The town was formed on January 1, 2006 from the merger of the villages of Kitagō, Nangō and Saigō, all from Higashiusuki District.

As of February 1, 2011, the town has an estimated population of 6,010, with 2,493 households and the population density of 13.39 persons per km2. The total area is 448.72 km2.
