Methacton School District is a public school district located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

The school district includes residents in the townships of Lower Providence and Worcester. The Methacton School District was formed in 1961. It serves the suburban Montgomery County townships of Lower Providence and Worcester, approximately 25 miles northwest of Philadelphia and seven miles east of Valley Forge. The residents are largely middle to upper income. The 32 square mile district includes a population of 38,000.[1] The superintendent is Dr. David A. Zerbe.
