Max W. Heck

Max W. Heck (June 9, 1869 – October 18, 1938) was an American politician and jurist.

Born in Chicago, Illinois, Heck was educated in the Racine, Wisconsin public schools. He went to Howlands Academy. In 1892, Heck received his law degree from University of Wisconsin Law School. He served in the United States Army during the Spanish-American War. Heck served as Racine city attorney. From 1923 to 1927, Heck served in the Wisconsin State Senate and was a Republican. Heck then served as Racine County judge. Later, Heck was involved in the Wisconsin Progressive Party. Heck died suddenly when he fell off the roof at his house while trimming trees .[1][2][3]
