Martanesh is a former commune in the Dibër County, eastern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality Bulqizë.[2] The population at the 2011 census was 1,836.[3] The settlement holding the status of town is Krastë, which was also the center of the commune.
