The Ludwig Anderson Three-Decker is a historic triple decker house at 4 Fairbanks Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built c. 1896, it is a good example of a vernacular Italianate triple decker, and was an early triple decker built on top of Vernon Hill. Its first owners, and a number of its early tenants, were Swedish immigrants. Some details noted when the house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990,[1] such as modillioned cornice,[2] have been lost or covered over by subsequent siding (see photo).
