Patna is the capital of Indian state Bihar and a major commercial center of eastern India. Patna is steadily witnessing a boom in high-rise sector. It has many high-rises under construction. Currently Biscomaun Bhawan is the tallest building in this city, measuring 71 metres (233 ft) in height. New Patna is another significant project designed by Hafeez Contractor to develop a world city alongside the river Ganges.[1]
