This is a list of sitting judges of the Supreme Court of India, the highest court in the Republic of India. Including the Chief Justice of India, who is considered as the first among the other equal judges is also the administrative head. There are currently 24 sitting judges, against a maximum possible strength of 31. There is only one lady sitting judge. As per the Constitution of India, Supreme Court judges retire at age 65.[1]

T. S. Thakur is the current Chief Justice of India, after H. L. Dattu retired on 2 December 2015.
