The following is a list of anti-sexual assault organizations in the United States. These organizations typically support the rape crisis centers in their state or nationwide.

- The Date Safe Project (DSP) is an organization in the United States which provides educational materials and programs for middle schools, high schools, universities, community organizations, and the United States Military. Headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, The Date Safe Project addresses consent, sexual assault awareness, bystander intervention, and support for survivors.[1]
- DoD Safe Helpline — provides support 24/7 for the DoD community, operated by RAINN.
- The Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Data Resource Center maintains a comprehensive directory.
- End Rape on Campus (EROC) works to end campus sexual violence through direct support for survivors and their communities; prevention through education; and policy reform at the campus, local, state, and federal levels.
- Just Detention International — dedicated to ending sexual abuse in prison.
- Military Rape Crisis Center (proposed for the U.S. military; see military sexual trauma)
- National Student Coalition Against Rape (SCAR) — the focus of the National Student Coalition Against Rape is to educate high school and college students about their rights under the law, to track problematic police departments and school administrations, to demand publicly available campus climate surveys to show the efficacy of school policies, and to supplement high school health education with up-to-date information on gendered and student-on-student violence.
- The One Love Foundation or The Yeardley Reynolds Love Foundation was created in 2010 to honor the memory of Yeardley Love, a UVA senior who was beaten to death by her ex-boyfriend just weeks short of graduation. The Foundation is more popularly known as One Love, with “One” representing the number that Yeardley wore on her jersey during her high school and college lacrosse career. After her death, Yeardley’s family and friends were surprised to learn that 1 in 3 women will be in a violent relationship during her lifetime, and grew increasingly aware that young people in particular did not seem to realize that they, as a group, were at greatest risk. Today, One Love's goal is to end relationship violence by engaging young people by developing compelling educational content that sparks new and novel discussions among workshop participants — especially young people — to work together to affect change in their communities.
