- Myalgia
- Kidney failure
- Increased lipase
- Increases alanine aminotransferase
- Increased amylase

Uncommon
Uncommon (0.1–1% incidence) adverse effects include:
- Gastrointestinal Perforation and fistula
- Reversible posterior leucoencephalopathy syndrome
