List of Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated episodes

A slime mutant that lives underneath Crystal Cove is cocooning anyone who gets in its way. Despite being warned not to continue investigating by their parents and authority figures, the gang attempts to solve the mystery. Meanwhile, Velma is trying to get Shaggy to be more intimate in their secret relationship. Daphne also keeps hinting her romantic feelings towards Fred who is oblivious to almost everything apart from solving mysteries and building traps. After solving the mystery the gang comes into contact with a mysterious man who refers to himself as "Mr. E" and remarks that they have uncovered "a truth that should have remained buried" and that "the real mystery has just begun".

Overarching Mystery Events: A locket shaped like a magnifying glass found in the Crystal Cove caves and a call from Mr. E.

Villain: The Slime Mutant/Professor Emmanuel Raffalo

The gang receives a package from Mr. E that contains a new handbag made in Gatorsburg. They travel to Gatorsburg to investigate the mystery of the Gator People. Velma becomes angry with Shaggy for not telling Scooby about their relationship. After being forced to spend the night at a local hotel the gang ultimately solves the mystery. Afterward, they find a note from Mr. E in the Mystery Machine telling them that this mystery "is only one piece of the puzzle".

Overarching Mystery Events: Hotel sign reading "The dog dies!" and Mr. E's note claiming that Gatorsburg is "one piece of the puzzle".

Villains: The Gator People/Greta, Gunther and Grady Gator

Crystal Cove is being terrorized by a mysterious Ghost Truck that has been running people off the highways. Meanwhile, Fred is helping his dad who is running for reelection as mayor and Daphne's parents are trying to set her up with the young heir to a ladder company. As all of this is happening, numerous crystal doorknobs are stolen from all around Crystal Cove. With the help of Mr. E the gang solves the mystery.

Villain: The Ghost Truck/Rung Ladderton

During a volleyball tournament down at the Crystal Cove beach a giant crab beast attacks those who are present. The beast kidnaps Daphne which places Fred in a state of total shock rendering him unable to say anything that doesn't relate to her. The gang receives an old newspaper article from Mr. E about four kids who disappeared in the Crystal Cove caves many years prior. The gang manages to capture the "man crab" and to save Daphne. When Velma shows her the newspaper article from Mr. E, Daphne realizes that two of the kids in the newspaper photo are the same kids as in the picture in the locket she had found in the Crystal Cove caves.

The children of Crystal Cove are being turned into monsters by a creature named Que Horrifico scaring all of the adults in town. Velma tries to get Shaggy to stop saying the word "like" so frequently as well as to start wearing new pants. Meanwhile, Fred is getting tutored by an intelligent child who claims she should be in college. As the gang try to stop Que Horrifico, they find themselves trapped in a house for sale at the mercy of the "spookified" children, but escape thanks to a children's TV program.

There's a new girl at Crystal Cove High: Alice May, who Fred falls for, much to Daphne's irritation. Alice May is shown to be a ghost with a reputation for taking guys to the prom and making them disappear forever. Shaggy is faced with the dilemma of either going to the prom with Velma or watching a Vincent Van Ghoul movie marathon with Scooby-Doo. As the mystery progresses a connection is made to Deacon Carlswell, the Creeper from the Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! episode "Jeepers, It's The Creeper". There is even a flashback to the old series. The gang also find an old high school yearbook and discover that there was a previous team of teen mystery solvers named "Mystery Incorporated". The episode ends with the appearance of Mr. E's mysterious subordinate who reveals his employer's role in the mystery of Alice May. Mr. E is said to have wanted the gang to "start looking into the real mystery hiding beneath Crystal Cove – a mystery that led to the disappearance of four youths; a mystery whose time has come to be solved."

Villain: The Ghost Girl/Alice May

The Hex Girls, Velma's favorite band, come to Crystal Cove to give a concert. But things go awry when an evil Phantom attacks with the intention of permanently taking The Hex Girls out of the music business. Meanwhile, Scooby-Doo and Shaggy are having a fight because of the latter's prom date with Velma in the last episode. Scooby even goes as far as getting a new best friend: Harry, a ventriloquist dummy. Daphne is captured by the Phantom, which makes Fred realize that he has feelings for her. At the same time, Velma shows a few signs of jealousy toward Scooby-Doo.

Villain: The Phantom/Daniel Frezette (Fantzee Pantz)

The gang attends the Royal Knights Fair in Crystal Cove where an evil gnome is paralyzing everyone wearing pirate costumes because it is historically inaccurate. Velma reveals to Daphne and Fred that she and Shaggy have been secretly dating. Shaggy is captured by the gnome, leaving Velma very worried. With some help from Mr. E the gang rescue Shaggy and solve the mystery. The episode ends with a fully cloaked person bumping into Velma and dropping a box. Inside Velma finds a note from Mr. E encouraging her to pursue her relationship with Shaggy saying, "Don't give up. This has all happened before." The box also contains a picture of the original Mystery Incorporated team with their parrot, Professor Pericles, circled in red.

Villain: The Gnome/Gil Littlefoot

Two giant monsters (named Humungonauts by Sheriff Stone) are attacking Crystal Cove. Suspiciously, each Humungonaut attacks properties owned by insurers Max and Jax Minner. Meanwhile, Scooby stumbles across Velma and Shaggy kissing, and discovers their relationship. Shaggy gets into a dilemma when Velma and Scooby fight over who he likes better, and he is forced to decide. Fred decides that the gang should have a name, "Mystery Incorporated", in honor of those that came before them. Unfortunately he also decides that the gang should start wearing team uniforms. Once again Mr. E intervenes to help the gang solve the mystery.

Villain: Humungonauts/Max and Jax Minner

Crystal Cove is terrorized by a mysterious violent dog. Sheriff Stone immediately blames Scooby-Doo and arrests him. Meanwhile, the gang is introduced to an old classmate of Velma's, a nerd named Jason Wyatt who still has a crush on her. The gang visits Scooby at Crystal Cove's Animal Asylum "for the Criminally Insane" and encounters Professor Pericles, who gives them a warning, meant specifically for Fred: "Beware of those close to you!". The aged parrot is said to have the "smartest brain in the world" and is shown to apparently possess mystical powers as he convinces a guard that his hand has mysteriously become duct taped to his stun gun. After finding part of a robotic leg at the crime scene, the gang is able to solve the mystery and clear Scooby's name. Shaggy realizes how much Scooby means to him, and decides that he's not ready to have a girlfriend, leaving Velma heartbroken. The episode ends with the news of Professor Pericles' escape from the Animal Asylum. Velma then receives a text message from Mr. E telling the group to "follow the parrot".

Villain: Fright Hound controlled by Mrs. Wyatt

A vampire is loose in Crystal Cove stealing what appear to be random items. Things have become strained within Mystery Incorporated, and this time, the gang is truly torn in half. Velma refuses to speak to Shaggy, and Fred and Daphne begin to grow apart. The girls decide to investigate separately from the boys. Daphne and Velma begin to suspect that the vampire may be Daphne's mother. After receiving help from a mysterious man, Daphne figures out the connection between the stolen items. The gang ultimately unites to capture the vampire, but Velma declares that "maybe we're not a team anymore". The episode ends with the gang returning to their homes separated. Daphne's helper is revealed to be Mr. E's mysterious subordinate from "The Legend of Alice May", who observes the gang through binoculars from afar.

Villain: Vampire/Sheila Altoonian

Overarching Mystery Event: Mr E.'s associate is revealed (not to Mystery Incorporated but to the viewer) to be Ed Machine.

Following the break-up of Mystery Incorporated, the gang decides to move on with their lives by taking a weekend to check out a nearby university, but they are forced to delay their plans when the campus is terrorized by a mysterious creature known as Char Gar Gothakon, whose screams can destroy anything in its path. With the help of Professor Harlan Ellison and Professor H.P. Hatecraft, they manage to find out why the creature is after Professor Hatecraft. After catching Char Gar Gothakon, the gang reunites only to find that Mr. E has left them a box belonging to the Darrow family, along with a note which reads that the old Mystery Incorporated might never have disappeared if they had this box in their possession. Upon opening the box, its contents are revealed to be an entire history of Crystal Cove. Velma states that it seems that one mystery has now become two.

Villain: Char Gar Gothakon/Howard E. Roberts

The gang investigates after Crystal Cove begins suffering from an infestation of cicadas that targets workers of the company Destroido, the company that makes Shaggy and Scooby's favorite snacks. The cicada monster, made into one cicada shape out of thousands of cicadas, threatens to destroy Mystery Incorporated on the day of Mayor Jones' Cicada Creature Festival if they don't stop investigating. At the end of the episode, Daphne goes on a date with Fred to the museum's trap exhibit.

Sick in bed right before the big Mystery Solvers Club State Finals, Scooby dreams about going to the competition and teaming up with fellow mystery-solver sidekicks Speed Buggy, Jabberjaw, Captain Caveman and J. Wellington "Mudsy" Muddlemore to rescue their friends from the clutches of the demonic Lord Infernicus.

Villain: Lord Infernicus/J. Wellington "Mudsy" Muddlemore (The Funky Phantom)

When Fred invites the gang on his and Daphne's second date, it pushes Daphne into the arms of Odnarb, the leader of an Orc Biker group called the Wild Brood who have come into town. When a break in at the armory happens and a dangerous weapon is stolen, the Wild Brood are the top suspects. It's up to the gang to solve this mystery, save the Wild Brood, and find the impostor Orc Biker.

Villains: Shadow Orc/Maxwell the Copyboy

When the entire town of Crystal Cove is taken over by Aphrodite's love spell, Scooby-Doo and the recently escaped Professor Pericles must save the gang and the town from the spell. Working together, they manage to solve the mystery. Ed Machine reveals to them that Professor Pericles had ulterior motives, by showing a recording of Pericles himself, in which he says that giving Scooby what he needed to complete his revenge enabled him to look for certain objects he required. Pericles also has a message for Mr. E in which he says, "The next move is yours, Mr. E."

Overarching Mystery Event: A warning from an associate of Mr. E.

Villain: Aphrodite/Amanda Smythe

When the gang goes on a quest to find out what happened to the original Mystery Incorporated group on one of their last cases of the 75-year-old disappearance of the Darrow family and their mansion, they find themselves trapped in the underground Darrow Mansion, which has many booby-traps. What they do not know is that they are not alone inside the Darrow Mansion, and that someone is trying to kill them, in order to protect something which the original Mystery Incorporated was looking for. In the end, the gang solves the mystery and they collect a strange puzzle piece, which they believe might be cursed and that is essentially one of the key elements of that mystery, vowing to find out what exactly is the story behind it.

Overarching Mystery Event: A puzzle piece.

Villain: Danny Darrow

When exchange student Mai Le comes to Crystal Cove, she draws the affection of Shaggy. A dinner party hosted by the Blake family is interrupted by the Red Wizard warning to stay away from the Dragon's Heart which he has sworn to protect at all cost. Later, Mai Le and the gang come under attack by the White Wizard who is after Mai Le's ring, but then the Red Wizard comes to the gang's rescue, but is too late to save the ring from the White Wizard. The Red Wizard turns out to be Mr. Chen, the owner of Chen's Internet Café and Tea House. He reveals that, now in possession of all four rings, the White Wizard is able to open the Jade Dragon's Heart, which is a priceless ruby, but they manage to trap him. Afterward, Mai Le says she has to leave on an airplane, prompting Shaggy to try and say goodbye in the airport. However, it is then revealed that Mai Le was using the gang to steal the Ruby for herself, and tries to flee on a boat. Shaggy catches on and lures her into a net trap on the boat.

Villain: White Wizard/Mr. Wang, Mai Le

Scooby and Shaggy win an essay contest to have dinner with Vincent Van Ghoul. When they arrive at the mansion, they are attacked by monsters that seemingly came out of Van Ghoul's movies. Not only that, they are attacked by a monster who calls himself Nightfright (which does not belong to any of the actor's movies) who states that he wants to kill Van Ghoul. This causes Van Ghoul to reveal that he had used the essay contest to start a new TV show and that Nightfright is not part of it. Trying to escape only to find out they are locked in and can't leave until morning, Shaggy calls the gang and they come to help the three, in hopes of finding out why Nightfright is really after Vincent Van Ghoul.

Villain: Nightfright/Arcus Fentonpoof

Velma is feeling lonely without the gang or any friends. Then she receives a message about "Fish Freaks" in the area around an abandoned oil rig owned by Destroido Corp. Velma decides to investigate by herself. She then discovers that a mermaid called Amy was the one who sent her the message. Amy tells Velma that she knows her and that she needs her help, when the Fish Freaks come out of nowhere and try to grab Velma. She manages to escape and then later asks the gang to help her out. They investigate the oil rig and manage to capture the Fish Freaks. Plus, thanks to Amy, Velma finds out that Angel is not who she says she is.

Villain: Fish Freaks/Ernesto and his group of activists

Note: Scrappy-Doo and Flim Flam make cameo appearances in the Haunted Museum as statues. Ernesto is a parody of Che Guevara.

When Mayor Jones buys an ancient Persian temple on a mysterious website for Crystal Cove's "Creepy Spooky Terror Land," he finds out that there is a manticore who is eating the park's visitors. Having no other option, he asks Fred and the gang to help him capture the manticore. While the gang is investigating, the mayor snoops around Fred's room for the pieces of the planispheric disk.

Villain: Manticore/"Hot Dog Water"

Note: "Hot Dog Water" is voiced by Linda Cardellini, who played Velma in the two live-action theatrical films.

When Fred's favorite adventurer, Dr. Rick Spartan, begins teaching the biology class at Crystal Cove High School, the gang gets to meet him. After Fred and Spartan have a long conversation, Spartan invites the gang to have dinner at his house. At Spartan's house, he shows Fred his latest discovery, a cursed shrunken head. But when its headless body appears and threatens to pursue Spartan until he dies, the gang decides to help Spartan to find a way to break the unending curse. Meanwhile, Shaggy and Velma try to rekindle their relationship, but Velma no longer has the same feelings for Shaggy that she once had.

Fred's dad is being attacked in his home by an unknown shadowy figure, and the gang has to get to the bottom of the mystery. The gang discovers a second puzzle piece that the mayor is hiding, and finds that Pericles is the one responsible for the attacks on the Mayor. When asked about the mayor's puzzle piece, Pericles states that the mayor stole it from him a long time ago.

Overarching Mystery Events: A warning from Professor Pericles, who also reveals to Mystery Incorporated that the puzzle piece is part of the Planispheric Disk.

Villain: Shadowy Figure/Professor Pericles

While the gang and Sheriff Bronson Stone are chasing the Piranha-Goat, the ghost of Crystal Cove's best sheriff Iron Will Williamson (nicknamed Dead Justice) comes back from his grave to make Sheriff Stone quit his job. Dead Justice is trapping Crystal Cove's top criminals, including the monster Piranha-Goat, making Sheriff Stone look bad. The gang eventually captures Dead Justice and solves the mystery. Fred asks his dad if he is proud of him for solving the mystery, but Mayor Jones answers no. Fred and Daphne then go to the Clam Cabin and Fred explains how Daphne is the only one who really understands him. He then asks her to marry him after the end of high school. Daphne agrees, and they share their first kiss together.

Villain: Dead Justice/Deputy Buckner

The gang is attacked by a hi-tech assassin called the Obliteratrix, who tells them that they all have to die. This leads the gang to investigate the mystery of the Cursed Treasure further with the assistance of Professor H.P. Hatecraft (who suspects his rival Regina Wentworth to be Obliteratrix). Along the way, they discover the fate of the original Mystery Incorporated. In the end, Angel Dynamite (Cassidy Williams) traps the Obliteratrix and they solve the mystery. Plus, unknown to the gang, a mysterious creature called "The Freak of Crystal Cove" watches them from the shadows, saying that in the end, the curse will end with them.

Overarching Mystery Events: Details on the purpose of the Disk and the truth behind the fate of the original Mystery Incorporated. Angel reveals her true identity to the rest of the gang. The Freak of Crystal Cove is revealed to the viewer.

Villain: Obliteratrix/Alice May

The gang goes after the Hidden Treasure of Crystal Cove but are stopped by "The Freak of Crystal Cove". As the mystery progresses, people are revealed for who they truly are and Professor Pericles returns and steals both pieces of the Planispheric Disk. In the end the mystery is solved; however, the gang tragically falls apart. Fred leaves to go look for his real parents, breaking off his engagement with Daphne, while Shaggy's parents decide to send him off to military school and then send Scooby to a "nice" farm. All seems lost for Mystery Incorporated, but Scooby, enraged at Professor Pericles, vows to bring the gang back together so that they can continue pursuing him.

Overarching Mystery Events: The circumstances that lead to the original Mystery Incorporated being run out of town, and Fred's real parents are revealed.

Following the disbandment of Mystery Incorporated, Mayor Fred Jones Sr.'s successor Mayor Janet Nettles is approached by a mysterious figure (who later turns out to be Velma). She shows the mayor files on her fellow mystery-solvers in order to seek their help in bringing down Crybaby Clown, who is terrorizing Crystal Cove. Mayor Nettles sets out immediately to retrieve Scooby-Doo and break him out of the "nice farm" that he is in. Scooby then helps Shaggy escape from military school and together they find Fred (who now has the appearance of a hobo) and the three return to Crystal Cove. Velma joins them and together they go to bring Daphne back, but she, still angry with Fred for leaving her, refuses their offer, as she has a new boyfriend now. Fred comes up with a doughnut shop-themed trap in order to trap out Crybaby Clown. The trap doesn't work and Crybaby Clown escapes using one of his bottle bombs to blow up Chen's Fireworks. Fred is depressed that the villain escaped and states that Mystery Incorporated won't be the same since Daphne is never coming back.

Villain: Crybaby Clown

Velma and Hot Dog Water are discovered to be working for Mr. E and are going on missions for him; here they go to Russia to retrieve a piece of the Planaspheric Disc from an old house, but when they are stopped by the guard and the nightmare witch Baba Yaga comes to life and attacks them, they buy the house and bring it to Crystal Cove, where the house springs chicken legs and rampages around town. Meanwhile, the gang is looking to replace Daphne, and Velma suggests Hot Dog Water (who is out on parole for helping to enhance the prison's security system).

Overarching Mystery Event: The third piece of the Planispheric Disk.

Villain: Baba Yaga/Curator Vronsky

Fred tries to get Daphne back while Crybaby Clown returns to rob Crystal Cove where he kidnaps a therapist, a hairdresser, a plastic surgeon, a publicist, and Daphne as well. The gang chase Crybaby Clown to an airport where he is about to take off with the five captives, but is stopped by Mystery Incorporated and they solve the mystery. Daphne agrees to return to the gang upon learning who Crybaby Clown is. Meanwhile, Mr. E tries to recruit Angel Dynamite back with him but she turns him down claiming she is no longer her alter ego and is just plain Cassidy Williams. Mr. E also mentions that "they" are coming for Fred.

Villain: Crybaby Clown/Baylor Hotner

With Daphne back on the team, Hot Dog Water is removed as a member. Meanwhile, a creature called the Dreamweaver starts haunting people's dreams, hypnotizing them into giving up possessions nearest their hearts. In an effort to stop him, the gang teams up with Sheriff Stone, who, like those who have been attacked by the Dreamweaver, is a closeted Crypts and Creatures enthusiast, having invented the Dreamweaver in his youth.

Villain: Dreamweaver/Horbert Feist

A creature called the Hodag of Horror attacks Crystal Cove. Meanwhile, Brad Chiles and Judy Reeves (Fred's real parents) have suddenly appeared along with a dog named Nova (whom Scooby has taken a fancy to). At the end, the original Mystery Incorporated are called together by none other than Pericles who has an unknown proposition for them that involves the new Mystery Incorporated.

Overarching Mystery Event: The fourth piece of the Planispheric Disk.

Villain: Hodag of Horror/Roberto the Monkey (under the control of Ned Fussbuster via ringing bells)

Crystal Cove welcomes artist Randy Warsaw, who presents his latest work in the Art Museum, entitled "Junk." However, this latest work comes to life and attacks patrons of the museum, swallowing members of Warsaw's entourage and working staff and turning them into gold statues. The gang is asked by Mayor Nettles to solve the mystery so the Art Museum can be saved, but this becomes easier said than done as the gang are employed as part of Warsaw's exhibit, leaving Daphne to work the case alone. After solving the case, the gang receives a radio broadcast from Cassidy Williams warning them of the evil that resides in Crystal Cove.

Villain: "Junk"/Butch Firbanks

A Graveyard Ghoul attacks in the middle of Mayor Nettles' Horror Movie Night, forcing the gang to investigate. However, Fred and Shaggy are smitten with three beautiful girls who have just immigrated into Crystal Cove, and Daphne has eaten some of their mother's homemade chocolate and become addicted, leaving Velma and Scooby alone to solve the mystery. Eventually, they are forced to turn to Sheriff Stone for help. Meanwhile, after reminiscing about how they met, Mr. E teams back up with Professor Pericles in search of what he calls "the Treasure". They decide that Cassidy Williams must be put out of the way – "for good."

Overarching Mystery Event: It is revealed how Mr. E and Professor Pericles met each other.

Gary and Ethan are attacked by the Dark Lilith on Mount Diabla and lose the soccer team's lucky soccer ball. As the gang begins to investigate, the monster attacks them and a band of hillbillies at their camp in nearby Scorpion Ridge. One of the hillbillies named "Ugly Jimmy" catches Daphne's eye for he is handsome and muscular unlike the rest of the tribe. Jimmy decides to help the gang solve the mystery. The gang falls into a cave and meets an amnesiac explorer calling herself "Boron" who is holding Fred's soccer ball, believing it to be her lover. She leads the gang to the Dark Lilith's hideout after the monster attacks Jimmy. The hideout turns out to be an old Spanish galleon. After solving the mystery, the gang is thanked by the hillbillies as it is shown that "Ugly Jimmy" was deformed in the fall. The gang drives off unaware they're being watched by the ghost of a conquistador which says the single word "Nibiru" before fading away.

Overarching Mystery Events: The ship's manifest, bearing the journals of the conquistadors who founded Crystal Cove, which describe their discovery of the treasure (a crystal sarcophagus filled with black pearls) that became the evil beneath Crystal Cove (which they named for the sarcophagus) and their use of the Planispheric Disk to mark its location after its burial; the fifth piece of the Disk.

Villain: Dark Lilith/"Hot Dog Water"

A ghostly Puritan judge named Hebediah Grim begins terrorizing Crystal Cove and judging its female citizens, forcing Mystery Incorporated to investigate. At first they turn to Gary and Ethan, but both claim to have fought the monster themselves. Ethan suggests Doogle McGuinness, but the monster attacks as the gang is investigating him. Grim then turns his judgment upon Daphne, but Brad Chiles and Judy Reeves offer to help Fred protect her, and they set up a trap to capture Grim. They encourage Fred that he will be a great "trapsman" claiming it is "in his blood" and to believe in himself as they do. It is also shown that Daphne still has strong feelings for Fred, as well as that there are feelings between Mayor Nettles and Sheriff Stone. The episode ends with Cassidy Williams spying on the gang, Brad, and Judy.

Villain: Hebediah Grim/Gary and Ethan

A family vacationing in the Burlington Library is attacked by a shadowy fiend wearing a head similar to that of Anubis and is scared off when it assumes a werewolf-like form. Later, a landslide forces the gang to abandon their ski vacation and detours them to the same library, where they are greeted by its caretaker Dan Fluunk who explains to the gang the history behind the mansion, including that its builder and namesake had a fascination with groups of four people and an animal. Soon, strange things begin happening to the gang as their stay in the mansion progresses. Eventually, their experiences are revealed to be hallucinations brought on by the burning of a special kind of wood called Terror Wood. Meanwhile, Cassidy Williams continues her search for the truth behind what is happening to the gang now and what has happened to other mystery-solving groups in the past — including the Darrow family.

A robot disguised as a Nazi World War II soldier attacks Cassidy Williams at her radio station, eventually self-destructing as Cassidy fights back, taking the entire building with it. She explains to the gang that these robots have been attacking her for the past week. Robots continue to attack the gang as they investigate. When the gang realizes that the robots are coming from deep underwater, Daphne recruits two of her babysitting charges, Tom and Tub, and their seal (also named Scooby), to transport the gang in their submarine to the robots' spawning vats, in an area the kids call "The Midnight Zone". Shortly after submerging, the sub is attacked by a group of robots and damaged, and the gang stumble upon an underwater base and attempt to use it to repair the sub, only to discover that the base is the factory where the robots are constructed, run by Professor Pericles. In the end, Pericles escapes leaving the laboratory to self-destruct, killing Cassidy Williams as the gang, Tom and Tub, and Scooby the Seal escape.

Overarching Mystery Events: The lost original settlement of Crystal Cove, which vanished over three centuries ago, now submerged beneath the sea; its inhabitant missionaries were the conquistadors who were the source of Crystal Cove's curse; the base revealed to have been constructed by Frau Abigail Gluck, a member of an old mystery-solving group; her body whispers "Nibiru" upon its discovery; the final piece of the Planispheric Disk, found by Professor Pericles.

Villain: Kriegstaffelbots and Sea Specter controlled by Professor Pericles

A bear-like creature attacks Mayor Nettles and Sheriff Stone in the Crystal Cove woods near Destroido. They turn to the gang for help, explaining that the creature is called the Scarebear and has been stalking the grounds near Destroido for weeks. The gang finds out that the Destroido company has allowed toxic lithium to spill into the woods, which has resulted in the mutations of inhabitant plants and creatures including the Scarebear. Meanwhile, Mr. E and Professor Pericles have recruited Brad and Judy to help them find the gang's pieces of the Planispheric Disk, and have resorted to drastic measures to get the gang out of the way.

Villain: Scarebear/Benson Fuhrman (Hairmore)

A teenager vandalising a neighborhood is attacked by a creature calling itself "Krampus", leaving his hair snow-white with fear. Three more kids are attacked as the gang meets Mayor Nettles and Sheriff Stone at the roller rink and arcade. Realizing that Krampus attacks "bad kids" such as the aforementioned teenager, the gang turns to the imprisoned Mary-Ann Gleardon for help, only to have Krampus attack and kidnap her. In the end, it's revealed that the gang had enrolled the forces of Hot Dog Water, Jason Wyatt, Mary-Ann Gleardon, the former Mayor Fred Jones Sr., and Charlie the Robot (from the Haunted Museum exhibition) in an elaborate scheme to steal the original Mystery Incorporated's pieces of the Planispheric Disk. The final scene shows the crystal sarcophagus found by the conquistadors emitting the word "Nibiru."

Overarching Mystery Event: Velma finds that the word "Nibiru" (whispered by the specter of Frau Gluck in "The Midnight Zone") refers to an ancient Babylonian prophecy of a collision between Earth and a large planetary object known as "Planet X," whose inhabitants were the first recorded instances of gods.

Villain: Krampus/Charlie the Robot, controlled by Jason Wyatt for Mystery Incorporated

Five years ago, a gigantic dragon robot attacks the Quest Industries, then promptly vanishes, leaving security guard Radley Crowne's dog Reggie unconscious. Dr. Benton Quest works to revive the dog. In the present day, the same robot attacks the gang at City Hall as they begin their investigation into the purpose of the Planispheric Disk. However, the gang is saved by Blue Falcon and Dynomutt who explain that they have been tracking the robot for years. Velma rudely tells the heroes that Crystal Cove is their turf and Blue Falcon offers the gang to tag along. Together, they find that Quest Industries has been sold to Destroido. Upon investigation, the dragon-robot attacks, intending to kidnap Dynomutt only to make off with Scooby-Doo instead. Using a tracking device located on Falcon's belt, the gang and Dynomutt are able to locate Dr. Zin's lair and save their friends.

Overarching Mystery Event: Velma's primitive recorder, used on the Planispheric Disk, yields the word "Nibiru".

Villains: Dragon Battle Suit/Jenny Zin, Dr. Zin

The Crystal Cove Haunted Historical Society performs reenactments of Crystal Cove history every year. During a rehearsal for this year's production revolving around Friar Gabriello Serra and his donkey Porto, a specter resembling one of the props scares off the cast and crew members. Vincent Van Ghoul, called upon to take over production, finds the set destroyed and calls in Mystery Incorporated who become the new cast and crew for the play. Meanwhile, Professor Pericles instructs Brad and Judy to steal the Planispheric Disk back from the gang. After solving the case, the gang encounters the real ghost of Friar Serra, who reveals that he was part of a mystery-solving group in the original Crystal Cove settlement, which became a victim of the Planispheric Disk, resulting in the destruction of the original Crystal Cove settlement caused by Friar Gabriello Serra's donkey. The ghost of Friar Serra warns of the coming of "Nibiru" and that "the dog must die" because the animal mascot always starts the downfall.

Overarching Mystery Events: It is revealed that Friar Gabriello Serra's corrupted donkey Porto sent the original Crystal Cove settlement into the ocean, not an earthquake as was originally believed. The Phantom Mummy of Friar Serra warns the gang about evoking the memory of "Nibiru". Friar Serra's statement of "Heed the warning of the alligators" is a reference to the hotel sign in Gatorsburg reading "The dog dies!" in "The Creeping Creatures".

Villain: Phantom Mummy of Friar Serra/George Avocados

Sheriff Stone bursts in as the gang are investigating the Planispheric Disk and claims to have remembered a childhood experience wherein he was abducted by aliens. As the gang investigates Sheriff Stone's claims, real extraterrestrials consisting of a Grey Alien, a Nordic Alien, and a Reptoid, begin stealing valuable items from Crystal Cove. As Velma, Shaggy and Scooby investigate, the Blake home is attacked and Barty's new car is stolen. The gang reunites to solve the mystery. Meanwhile, just after returning from Gatorsburg, the gang discovers that their office, located in the City Hall, has been set ablaze, and the arsonists are revealed to be Brad Chiles and Judy Reeves.

Overarching Mystery Events: Velma's primitive recorder, used on the Planispheric Disk, yields the phrase "Señor P. Llave", and the coordinates to the Gatorsburg cemetery; upon reaching Señor Llave's grave, the gang find it empty, with only an old flintlock left in it.

Villains: Grey Alien/Traveler O'Flaherty, Nordic Alien/Sheela O'Flaherty, Reptoid/Connor O'Flaherty

Professor Pericles creates a herd of mutant cattle (which he had bred from cattle, piranhas, and bees) to destroy Crystal Cove in an attempt to locate the Planispheric Disk. As the herd begins devouring the town, the gang, Mayor Nettles, and Sheriff Stone use Ex-Mayor Jones' helicopter to trap the herd's queen. The cattle follow the gang as they leave town with the queen in tow in an attempt to protect her. Watching from afar, Professor Pericles orders Brad and Judy to shoot the helicopter down. The missile strikes the chopper and as Mayor Nettles attempts to land safely, Nova falls out and is nearly trampled to death by the herd. The queen cattle is dropped into the ocean as the herd scatters throughout the ocean. Scooby-Doo then has everyone get Nova to the hospital.

Villains: Skull Cattle created by Professor Pericles

Since her accident with the herd, Scooby has been visiting Nova regularly in the hospital. Meanwhile, a deceased ska band returns from the grave and hypnotizes partygoers at the local nightclub to dance to their music. The dancers are taken to hospital, whereupon the gang is called to solve the mystery before they dance themselves to death. Eventually, the band hypnotizes Fred and the girls, forcing Scooby and Shaggy to turn to the Hex Girls for help.

Overarching Mystery Events: The gang discovers a musical phrase which has appeared on the Planispheric Disk. When the Hex Girls sing the phrase, the Disk reveals another set of coordinates, which leads the gang to the restaurant owned by Skipper Shelton, whereupon they find that his hat (given to him by Handsome Jimmy from "Night on Haunted Mountain") bears the name "S. Llave" written under the brim. Scooby visits Nova in the hospital, only to see her flatline. Just afterward, she sits up in bed and says "Nibiru. Nibiru is coming", before regaining life.

Villains: Ska Zombies/Rude Boy and the Ska-Tastics

A gluttonous monster attacks Francilee Jackson on her cooking show. As the gang attempts to eat dinner together, the restaurant is crashed by Rick Spartan and Cachinga, who are on the hunt for the monster. The monster attacks various locations around Crystal Cove, including various restaurants and the museum where Velma's mom works. Meanwhile, Professor Pericles has gone crazy, leaving Mr. E to attempt to seek the treasure without him. Brad and Judy tell Pericles of E's mutiny, and Pericles uses venom injections to force Mr. E to work for him.

Overarching Mystery Events: Francilee Jackson drops her bowl as she is escorted away and the bowl is revealed to bear the words "Tercera Llave" on its underside.

Villain: Gluten Demon/Francilee Jackson

A family vacationing in the mountains near Crystal Cove is attacked by a polite Englishman in a mask calling himself the Dandy Highwayman, who blows up the family's station wagon and leaves with the mother. Later, the gang stumbles upon the wreckage of several cars on the mountain roads and decides to investigate. As they investigate, the Highwayman kidnaps several women from around Crystal Cove, including Mayor Nettles, Daphne, and Mrs. Blake, and steals all of the money from the Blake safe. With inside help from Daphne (who is safe and sound in the Highwayman's lair), the gang traps the Highwayman and solves the mystery.

Overarching Mystery Events: While the gang is researching the Dandy Highwayman in the town library, Scooby awakes from another nightmare and knocks the book he is reading off of the table, dislodging a piece of cloth from within the book which bears the words "Cuarto Llave" written on it. Scooby has been having nightmares since Nova's accident. In Scooby's latest nightmare, a being speaking through Nova warns him of the coming of the Anunnaki at the time of Nibiru and warns him that his life is in danger, telling him that he and his friends must destroy the cursed treasure beneath Crystal Cove. Scooby then informs his friends about his dream.

Villain: Dandy Highwayman/Crystal Cove Librarian

As the gang investigates a haunted house, a man resembling Fred pulls Fred through a mirror and takes him to a world where the Planispheric Disk destroyed all of Crystal Cove. Meanwhile, in the real world, Fred begins acting strangely. The real Fred manages to tell the gang that the Fred in their world is fake, having discovered so when a fake Daphne in the "mirror world" gave herself away. When the ruse is discovered, Professor Pericles uses the Kriegstaffelbots to threaten Daphne in order for the Planispheric Disk to be surrendered to him. When Professor Pericles gets the Planispheric Disk, he makes plans to free his "master".

Overarching Mystery Events: Professor Pericles appears to be serving the Evil Entity sealed within the crystal sarcophagus, and has been on a mission to gain access to the Planispheric Disk in order to set the being free.

Villains: Fake Fred/Brad Chiles, Fake Daphne/Judy Reeves, Kriegstaffelbots

When a monstrous version of the Freak of Crystal Cove begins appearing in Scooby's nightmares, the gang decides to investigate what's going on. They seek the help of the reclusive hypnotist Professor Horatio Kharon (author of the book Velma has been reading), who has also been seeing the Freak within his dreams as well as appearing in Scooby's. After being hypnotized to enter the dream world, the gang is chased by the Monstrous Freak throughout the dimension. They soon discover the evil entity that was trapped with the cursed treasure, and how previous mystery groups and the people affiliated with the treasure have been manipulated by the entity. The being speaking through Nova tells Mystery Incorporated that they must find the Heart of the Jaguar in order to destroy the Evil Entity sealed within the crystal sarcophagus.

Overarching Mystery Events: The good personality components of all members of previous mystery groups and the people associated with the cursed treasure (among them ex-Mayor Fred Jones Sr., Ed Machine, Cassidy Williams, Ricky Owens, Brad Chiles and Judy Reeves) were sent to the dream dimension where they remained to stay. The very first mystery group, the Hunters of Secrets, was first manipulated by the entity within the sarcophagus; however, they were pure and realized they were being manipulated. They attempted to destroy the entity with a relic referred to as the "Heart of the Jaguar", but never succeeded due to the conquistadors' interruption. The Keys are being used by previous mystery groups (such as the Darrow Family, the Alianza Mysterio, the Fraternitas Mysterium, the Mystery Gang, and the Benevolent Lodge of Mystery) when the gang visits them in the dream world, symbolizing their use with the gates to the cursed treasure. If they destroy the entity, everyone from the dream world would be set free from the curse.

Villain: Monstrous Freak/The Ghost of Fernando El Aguirre

The gang, accompanied by Velma's mom, goes to Yucatán in an attempt to search for the Heart of the Jaguar after Angie's old friend, Professor Enrique Andelusossa, is "consumed by the jungle" near the Temple of the Hunters (the burial site of the Hunters of Secrets where the Heart of the Jaguar is kept). Upon arriving in Yucatán, the gang visits Professor Enrique's antique shop, where they are greeted by his angry wife, who says Mrs. Dinkley is to blame for his disappearance. After hours, the gang returns to the store, only to be attacked by the Mayan Priestess, who warns them away from the temple. The gang ignores her threat and travels into the jungle to find the temple. Due to Fred's master trap skills, Mystery Incorporated overcomes the temple's diabolical traps and discovers the Heart of the Jaguar in the tomb. The Priestess attacks, but fails and is captured by the traps in the temple, which she triggered. Afterwards, Lieutenant Tomina Kasanski (a woman who had been spying on the gang) appears, but is revealed to be working with Mayor Nettles.

Overarching Mystery Events: The gang finds the Heart of the Jaguar, the spear used by the Hunters of Secrets that is able to destroy the evil entity trapped in the crystal sarcophagus. Mayor Nettles had a nightmare telling her that the gang would need her help in transporting the Heart of the Jaguar back to Crystal Cove.

Villain: Mayan Priestess/Professor Enrique Andelusossa

Once the gang returns to Crystal Cove, they find out that everyone in town has disappeared below ground. Later that day, after witnessing Mayor Nettles and Sheriff Stone vanish, the gang goes to Fred's house to discuss the Planispheric Disc, Nibiru, the cursed treasure, and an upcoming planetary alignment. After the interruption of Kriegstaffelbots, the gang sets off beneath Crystal Cove, and discovers everyone in town working for Professor Pericles and the rest of the original Mystery Incorporated. After hearing a conversation between the old Mystery, Inc., the gang is convinced they have gone crazy, and devise a tactical plan to bust everyone out and shut down the operation. Shaggy and Scooby go undercover as Kriegstaffelbots, while Fred and the girls attack in a suited-up Mystery Machine. After the word is spread, Sheriff Stone has everyone rebel against the Kriegstaffelbots and go on a riot. Soon, the Kriegstaffelbots stop Fred, Velma, and Daphne in their tracks, forcing them to blow up the Mystery Machine (in which everyone thought they were). After all is resolved and the doorway is opened to the cursed treasure, the gang gears up with the relics and follows the original Mystery Incorporated into the caverns.

Overarching Mystery Events: The passageway to the cursed treasure is found and opened. Professor Pericles confirms Cassidy's death to a troubled Mr. E, who is worried about her and is saying she was right the entire time. Velma's computer model of the Planispheric Disc perfectly mirrors the planets in the solar system. The planets are coming into direct alignment and the tenth planet, Planet X, is getting closer and is about to come into alignment behind Pluto and will cause a massive gravitational disruption, one not seen in 5,000 years. The time of Nibiru happens in two days. The gravitational disruption makes the fabric between dimensions of time and space weak, which is why the evil entity buried beneath Crystal Cove must be destroyed. Along with destroying the entity, the Heart of the Jaguar will undo all of its evil.

Villains: Professor Pericles, Brad Chiles, Judy Reeves, Mr. E, and the Kriegstaffelbots

As the gang follows the original Mystery, Inc. through the caverns, they all approach the first gate to the cursed treasure. Professor Pericles knows the gang has been following them, as he calls them out to bring the Keys in order to open the gates. The gang realizes that the Keys and their scenarios seen in the dream world is how they all apply to the gates and the gates being opened. The gang decides to cooperate, after Pericles reveals that they have Hot Dog Water, and opens the first gate. Thanks to Hot Dog Water, the gang enters the first gate; however, Hot Dog Water is killed by the Kriegstaffelbots nearly straight afterwards. The gang arrives at the second gate, and opens it using the mortar bowl. They enter a mysterious rock dimension, where they are greeted and chased by a Rock Monster. After the monster's failure, the gang comes before the third gate, which is opened using the conquistador's helmet. The gate then releases water trapped behind and turns into a boat, allowing Scooby and the gang to escape and become stranded at sea. After learning that the next gate is below the water, the gang comes upon the final gate, which is opened using the flintlock. The gang enters the dimension, which is teeming with lava, and come upon the crystal sarcophagus and cursed treasure, realizing that they are beneath Crystal Cove. The Evil Entity sealed within tries to manipulate the gang into opening the sarcophagus to free it, but the gang realizes the words the being is speaking aren't true. Suddenly, Pericles and the original Mystery Incorporated arrive and Pericles opens the sarcophagus, releasing the Evil Entity.

Overarching Mystery Event: The Evil Entity which was sealed in the crystal sarcophagus is released from its imprisonment. It tells the gang that it brought them together as it brought together those groups before them, solely for the purpose of releasing it; the gang realizes that everything the Entity is saying is untrue.

Villains: Professor Pericles, Mr. E, Brad Chiles, Judy Reeves, Kriegstaffelbots, Rock Monster, Evil Entity

The gang and original Mystery Incorporated stand before the Evil Entity. The Entity grabs Scooby-Doo, and mentions that he must die and be reborn as a vessel for its darkness. Scooby breaks free, but Pericles volunteers to be possessed by the being, to which the Entity agrees. Professor Pericles believes he has gained ultimate power (due to his growth in size and appearance), but the Evil Entity kills Pericles and mutates his body into a squid-like monster. The Entity then assumes control of the Kriegstaffelbots and summons other evil Anunnaki, who proceed to offer the townspeople for the Entity to consume. When Scooby destroys the sarcophagus, a vortex opens and sucks in and destroys the Entity, his minions, and much of the rest of Crystal Cove, except for the gang, then explodes. The gang find themselves in a new version of Crystal Cove and Earth itself. After some strange encounters, Mystery Incorporated realizes that all the evil ever caused by the Entity has come undone, thereby changing history. The gang sets up a new Mystery Machine and travels off to their new destination after receiving a message from Harlan Ellison, vowing to solve each mystery they come across. As the gang drives away, they are watched by Nova, who says Scooby is the bravest dog that ever lived and thanks him and the gang.

Overarching Mystery Events: The overall mystery is solved. By destroying the Evil Entity, the gang created an entirely different timeline. No one has been negatively influenced by the Evil Entity. Everything has come undone; the gang's actions have created a perfect world where they live productive and normal lives. Harlan Ellison, who is now called Mr. E, contacts the gang and tells them he knows who they are. He knows that they created an alternate timeline by destroying the Evil Entity, due to him being a genius and his hypertuned psychic and hypnotic connections with alternate dimensions, which is why he is able to remember every timeline ever created. However, he mentions that the gang has slipped the timestream with him. He has admitted the gang (including Scooby) to be in his class next semester and he mentions there is a lot of meddling to do and a lot of mysteries to be solved.
