Letneozersky (also Obozersky Southeast) is an air base in the Republic of Karelia, Russia. It was home to 524 IAP (524th Interceptor Aviation Regiment) which flew MiG-25 interceptor aircraft.[1] It features two major revetment areas holding over 15 aircraft each. Provides supporting cover for the areas around Onega and Arkhangelsk.
