Lefa Tsutsulupa (February 7 1980, Ladybrand, Free Strate) is a South African football (soccer) midfielder for Premier Soccer League club Moroka Swallows and South Africa. He captains Swallows.

Lefa attended primary school in Manyatseng Public School near Ladybrand from 1987 to 1993. He attended high in Le-Reng High School from 1994 to 1998. Lefa was always involved in all sporting codes from a very age. during his school years, he played tennis, basketball, and football. He also participated greatly in athletics and proved to be good in short distance sprinting, discuss, short put and javelin. He was all rounder. In the classroom, Lefa would usually come top of his class in Science, Mathematics and Biology.

After high school, he joined Bloemfontein Celtic with his older brothers Thabo Tsutsulupa and Sabata Tsutsulupa, both of whom were very good footballers and Lefa's mentors. Thabo's footballing career was short-lived due to an injury, but he now focuses on running football clinics and mentoring young boys from the townships to make a career out of football. They come from the same local football club which has produced the likes of Lehlohonolo Majoro of Kaizer Chiefs fame.
