The first single from this album, "Long Haired Lover from Liverpool", reached #1 on the U.K. singles, making the then eight-year-old Osmond the youngest chart-topper in British charts history.[1] It was produced by Mike Curb and Perry Botkin Jr.; unlike the rest of the album which was produced and arranged by Don Costa.
