The station is owned by Boeuf River Broadcasting Company. According to FCC ownership records, the company name is a d/b/a for Tom D. Gay of Columbia, Louisiana.

Prior to 2013, the agricultural journalist Regnal Wallace, a native of Franklin Parish, broadcast "Round Franklin", which was carried across northeast Louisiana for sixteen years.^[1]
