KHB33 (sometimes referred to as Pharr All Hazards) is a NOAA Weather Radio station that is programmed from the National Weather Service forecast office in Brownsville, Texas with its transmitter located in Brownsville. Although the directional signal serves much of the whole Rio Grande Valley area, it broadcasts weather and hazard information for Cameron, Hidalgo & Willacy Counties.
