The station is currently owned by Cameron Broadcasting, Inc. and features programming from Fox News, Talk Radio Network, Premiere Radio Networks, Dial Global, Salem Radio Network and others.[1]

Significant individuals who have worked at the station include Louise Stine, a home economics commentator. An audio snippet of KAAA's station ID appears in the 1971 film Two-Lane Blacktop.

The station is one of the oldest radio facilities in Arizona, having signed on in 1949. Some of the original equipment from the old studios has been donated by Cameron Broadcasting to the Kingman Historical Society.
