The Joseph Ayo Babalola University (JABU) is a private Nigerian university located in Ikeji-Arakeji in Osun State, established by the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) Worldwide.

The university is named after the first Spiritual leader of Christ Apostolic Church, Joseph Ayo Babalola (1904–1959); it is located at the place where he was called by God to slay the Ogobungo ogre in 1928. Joseph Ayo Babalola University is a fully residential institution.

Colleges

The Joseph Ayo Babalola University offers a variety of different majors that a student can choose from. The college offers Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Humanities, Law, Management Sciences, Natural Sciences and Social Sciences.[3]

Dress Code

Female

Females dress attire is very strict and must be followed in order to be in the university. Females must follow the dress code of no make up, Skirts must be worn all the way to the knee area, nails must be cut correctly at all times, No long hair styles, Blouse wear must cover the breast area of the female and it is prohibited to wear dresses that reveal the underwear.[4]

Male

Male students are required to wear a professional attire look, they are required to wear a suit and tie attire. Boxers and trousers have to be tucked in, males are not allowed to wear jewelry. Native attire that meets the schools standards are allowed for males to wear. Hair must be properly cut and hair must be groomed with a brush or comb. Facial hair is not permitted in the school, males must have a cleaned shaved face.[5]
