John worked with his father, Edward Grosvenor Bolles on the Temple of Religion and The Christian Science Monitor building.
IBM
When IBM needed more factories for their rapid, post World War II expansion, Thomas J. Watson, Jr. hired John Savage Bolles at the suggestion of Eliot Noyes to design the first computer factory in the San Jose area, IBM Building 25. [1]
Candlestick Park
The building that Bolles was most famous for was Candlestick Park, former home of the San Francisco Giants baseball team.
