Jenny Belzberg, CM AOE (born January 7, 1928) is a Canadian philanthropist.

She has served on a number of cultural, charity and municipal boards including Chairman of the Banff Centre for the Arts (1987–91), Vice President of Special Events and board member of the Calgary Philharmonic Society for fourteen years. She has been a board member of the Calgary Art Gallery Foundation and the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. A leader in the Canadian Jewish Community, Mrs. Belzberg has held many important positions with the Beth Israel Sisterhood in Calgary, the National Council of Jewish Women, the Jewish National Fund and the Calgary Jewish Community Council. She is also a member of the Community and Partners Advisory Committee of the Libin Cardiovascular Institute of Alberta.

She is married to Hyman Belzberg and they have three children – Brent, Murray and Leslie.
