Jennifer Winget (born 30 May 1985) is an Indian actress.[5][6] She has appeared in various Indian TV shows.[7][8][9]

Career

She started her career at the age of 12 as a child artiste in the film Raja Ko Rani Se Pyar Ho Gaya,[10] and then appeared as a child artiste in the Indian film Kuch Naa Kaho at the age of 14.[11]

Later as an adult she went on to work in various different Indian TV shows.[11][12][13]

She won the Indian Television Academy Awards for Best Actress Critics for her role in Saraswatichandra.[14] Eastern Eye placed her at 21st position on its list of World's Sexiest Asian Women for 2012.[15]

Personal life

Winget is the daughter of a Punjabi mother and a Maharashtrian Christian father, and is often mistaken for a Westerner due to her unusual name.[10] Winget married Karan Singh Grover on 9 April 2012.[16][17] In November 2014, Winget stated that she and Grover had separated.[4][18]
