This is a list of the states and union territories of India ranked in order of percentage of households having electricity as the source of lighting. This information is based on 2011 and 2001 data as published by 2011 census of India[1] and 2015-16 National Family Health Survey (NFHS). In default display, the ranking is based on 2015-16 NFHS data.[2]
