Ian Watson (footballer)

Ian Watson (born Hammersmith London 7 January 1944) was a footballer with QPR.

He signed in 1965 from Chelsea and made his debut in the 1-6 defeat against Brentford on opening day 1965-66. He was a defender and was an ever present in the 1968/69 season.

Ian played 202 league games for QPR scoring 1 goal,[1] before breaking a leg in training on 3 January 1973 and having to retire in 1974.
