I Will Always Love You: The Best of Whitney Houston is a posthumous greatest hits album by American recording artist Whitney Houston. The album was released on November 13, 2012 via RCA Records.

Content and release

The album features a selection of Houston's greatest hits including remastered versions of "I Wanna Dance With Somebody", "How Will I Know", "So Emotional", "I Have Nothing" and "One Moment in Time". The album was released in both standard[3] and deluxe[4] versions. It was also released with an accompanying 5 track bonus CD with the duets sung by Houston and other artist. The album includes new liner notes written by Clive Davis.

Also included is a previously unreleased song titled "Never Give Up" and a re-recorded version of the "I Look to You" as a duet with R. Kelly, who is also the writer. The song was released on September 25, 2012 as the first single from the album.[5]

"Never Give Up" was released as a lyric video on Whitney Houston's official YouTube (Vevo) channel on November 6, 2012.[6]

At the 2013 NAACP Image awards, the album won two awards in the 'Outstanding Album' and 'Outstanding Song' categories. The latter was for the song 'I Look To You', a duet version with R Kelly featured on the album.

The week of its release, the album peaked at #14 on the US Billboard 200 and #2 on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip Hop Albums.
