The I.M Pei Building is the 3rd tallest building in the city of Wilmington, Delaware and it rises 282ft. (86m.) and consists of 23 floors of office space. Also known as the skinniest skyscraper in Wilmington, this tower only is 25ft/50ft in terms of it's base. But just because it's skinny, it doesn't mean it's bad. This building contains about 60% of Wilmington's international companies and HSBC just moved here not too long ago. This was McConnell Johnson's first skyscraper in Wilmington as well.
