Hugh Carthy (born 9 July 1994) is a British racing cyclist. In 2014 he won the Tour de Korea stage race, and in 2015, he joined the Spanish team Caja Rural–Seguros RGA.[1][2][3] He was named in the startlist for the 2016 Vuelta a España.[4]
