Htay Oo (Burmese: ဌေးဦး; born 20 January 1950 in Henzada, Burma[2]) was a member of parliament in the Pyithu Hluttaw, the lower house of the national legislature.[3] He was formerly a retired Major General in the Myanmar Army, as well as former Minister for Agriculture and Irrigation.[4]
