Herbert Fritz (27 October 1916 – 11 October 1996) was a German officer (Major) in the Wehrmacht during World War II and a Brigadegeneral in the Bundeswehr. He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross of Nazi Germany.
