The Henry Bousquet Three-Decker is a historic triple decker at 8/10 Fairmont Avenue in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built c. 1928, it is an uncommon survivor of the late period of triple decker construction, and is also rare as a "double" triple decker with six units.[2] Some of the building's Colonial Revival features have been retained despite a recent re-siding (see photo). These features include the triangular vent in the gable over the porches, and the arched porch openings.[2]

The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.[1]
