Helsinki School of Business (HELBUS) is a private university located in Helsinki, Finland. The school offers an accelerated pathway to a Bachelor of Business Administration by offering the UK-recognised Higher National Diploma (HND), the only business school in Finland to do so. Students are able to study full-time, or via the blended learning programme that provides a greater degree of study flexibility. Graduates of the HND are able to earn a full bachelor's degree by attending a top-up programme run by many of HELBUS' partner universities in the United Kingdom and around the world.[1] All course units in HELBUS are delivered in English by visiting professors from esteemed universities from several continents.[2]

HELBUS was founded in 2012 by professor emeritus Veikko Jääskeläinen, the former rector of Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration, and Dr. Kari Jääskeläinen. The school achieved accreditation from Edexcel in August 2013, and its student intake grew threefold in its second year of operations, with subsequent increases year-on-year.[3]
