Biography

Hayes Grier is the third child of four in his family. His oldest brother, Will, is a quarterback for West Virginia University. He has another older brother, Nash, who is also known for posting videos on Vine; his younger sister, Skylynn, also appears in his Vines.[2] He was included in the MAGCON (Meet and Greet Convention) tour 2014 alongside his brother Nash Grier and friends Matthew Espinosa, Carter Reynolds, Jack Johnson, Jack Gilinsky, Taylor Caniff, Shawn Mendes, Cameron Dallas, Aaron Carpenter, Mahogany "Lox" Gordy, and several other single show guests.

Grier was a celebrity contestant on the 21st season of Dancing With The Stars, partnering with Emma Slater. He was the youngest male contestant to have ever been on the show.[3] On October 26 (Week 7), Grier and Slater were eliminated and finished the competition in 8th place, with the show's co-host remarking that he was "leaving on a night when he excelled."[4] Shortly after leaving the show, Grier signed a deal with Creative Artists Agency for media and publishing exposure[5] and announced that he'd be joining the Dancing With The Stars Tour in early 2015.[6] Hayes will also be in an upcoming Hulu TV show called Freakish and has a reality show on the app go90 called Topgri.er.

On July 28, 2016 it was reported that Grier was involved in a dirt bike accident and was sent to the hospital.[7] He was released two days later on July 30.[8]

In November 2016, Grier will release his first novel, Hollywood Days with Hayes.[9]
