Haalu Jenu (Kannada: ಹಾಲು ಜೇನು) is a 1982 Indian Kannada film directed by Singeetham Srinivasa Rao. The film starred Rajkumar, Madhavi and Roopa Devi in lead roles.[1] The movie is famous for its evergreen songs which was composed by G. K. Venkatesh.[2] The film was a major success at the box-office upon its release. Saritha, who had earlier worked with Rajkumar in Keralida Simha and Hosa Belaku, lent her voice for Madhavi in this movie. This was also the directorial debut for Singeetham Srinivasa Rao in Kannada. He went on to work with Rajkumar for 6 movies in future including his 200th movie.
