Principality of Suzdal–Nizhny Novgorod

The Principality of Suzdal—Nizhny Novgorod was an East Slavic principality formed in 1341. Its main towns were Suzdal, Nizhny Novgorod, Gorokhovets, Gorodets, and Kurmysh.[1] Since 1350 Nizhny Novgorod has been the seat of the principality.
