The Goldcrest High School is a school in Latur and Vashi, Maharashtra, India, built by the Vilasrao Deshmukh Foundation. It is headed by Amit Deshmukh and Aditi Deshmukh. The school was built in 2009, and offers the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education.

House system

An annual sports day is held in the school. The school plays sports, such as football, basketball, judo and taekwando, and holds inter-house as well as inter-school tournaments for these sports. The school has annual chess tournaments. Some students take part in the march past which demonstrates house spirit during the Sports day. The houses are 'Marut, Vari, Agni, URVI.

Food

The food provided to the students is vegetarian and charged to the parents of the children. Cuisines provided include Chinese, Italian, and Indian. This facility is not optional in Vashi and outsourced to external caterer whereas from 2015 it is an option in Latur. Children and Parents are not very happy with this facility in Vashi.

Extra-curricular activities

Extra-curricular activities include karate, chess, table tennis, Carrom, swimming, basketball, football, cricket, hockey, handball, vocaboom, robotics, music and dance.
