Freshman Father

Freshman Father is an American-Canadian TV drama directed by Michael Scott, aired in 2010. It is inspired by a true story of John Wand in 1970.

Synopsis

Kathy and John are a young ideal couple, united and very much in love. When Kathy learns she is pregnant, all their projects seem questioned. They decide to do the best to focus on studies and career of John. Kathy and take care of the baby while John continued his school curriculum at Harvard University. They are doing this until Kathy leaves her son and her husband for this life does not suit him, she returns home. John is left alone to raise her baby while pursuing his studies and working part-time. He will be assisted by the woman from whom he rented a room and teachers.

With the support of society Freshman Father Productions, the film crew turns all scenes in Victoria BC Canada.[3]

The theme song at the Best Time is interpreted by Drew Seeley, who is also the co-author along with Brandon Christy and Jeannie Lurie.
