Fernando de Melo Viana (March 15, 1878 – February 10, 1954) was a Brazilian politician who was Vice President of Brazil from November 15, 1926 to October 24, 1930 under Washington Luís.[1] Later, he served as President of the 1946 Constituent Assembly.
