Coordinates: 35°56′24″N 78°34′46″W / 35.94000°N 78.57944°W / 35.94000; -78.57944 Falls, North Carolina, is an Unincorporated community in Wake County, North Carolina on Falls of Neuse Road, west of Forestville, North Carolina. It lies at an elevation of 210 feet (64 m).

The Falls of the Neuse Manufacturing Company was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.[1]
