FC Araks (Armenian: Ֆուտբոլային Ակումբ Արաքս), is a defunct Armenian football club from the town of Ararat, Ararat Province. The club played in the Armenian Premier League.

Club history

The club was founded in 2001 as FC Araks (not to be confused with FC Araks Ararat) and participated in the First Armenian League. Howvere, soon after in 2003, the club went into serious financial difficulties. Finally In 2005, FC Araks was dissolved and is currently inactive.[1]
