Elsayed Moussa Saad (born (1979-05-28)28 May 1979) is an Egyptian male Paralympic sitting volleyball player, playing as a wing spiker . He is part of the Egypt men's national sitting volleyball team. He competed at the 2012 Summer Paralympics finishing 6th.[1] On club level he played for Police Sports Club Association in 2012.
