Edward Joseph Pleasant (born December 17, 1988) is an American football safety for the Houston Texans of the National Football League (NFL). He was signed by the Texans as an undrafted free agent in 2012. He played college football at Oregon.

Professional career

Pleasant was signed by the Houston Texans as an undrafted free agent on May 14, 2012. He was released on August 31, 2012 and was signed to the practice squad the next day.[1][2] He was signed to the active roster on December 21, 2012.[3]

Pleasant re-signed with the Houston Texans on April 1, 2015.[4]
