Dan Schwartz is an American businessman, attorney and politician. A member of the Republican Party, Schwartz is Nevada's state treasurer. Prior to his role as the state's treasurer, Schwartz served as AVCJ (Asian Venture Capital Journal) Group's CEO, founded professional news website qiosk.com and was a candidate for Nevada's 4th congressional district in 2012, losing his primary to Danny Tarkanian (who lost the general election) with 11.3% of votes.
