Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act, 2001
The Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act, 2001 (No. 50 of 2001) updates and consolidates the law relating to dishonesty and fraud in the Republic of Ireland.[1]
