Communist Party of Bangladesh (Marxist–Leninist) (Umar)

Bangladesher Samyabadi Dal (Marxbadi-Leninbadi) (Bengali: বাংলাদেশের সাম্যবাদী দল (মার্কসবাদী-লেনিনবাদী), Communist Party of Bangladesh (Marxist–Leninist)) is a trotskyist[1][2][3][4][5] political party in Bangladesh led by Badruddin Umar, he was president of Bangladesh Krishak Federation.[6] Umar's BSD(ML) is an underground party and operates through its front Ganotantrik Biplobi Jote. The party originated from East Pakistan Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist). After 1993, the party decided to break with Stalinism. It became a permanent observer of Fourth International (post-reunification) in 2012 and a section in 2014.[3]
